“Solarium” is a very large, well-kept and pleasant apartment / holiday home where you can stay in the name of absolute tranquility during your holidays in Salento. It is located on the first floor, in Racale, one of the characteristic and most beautiful villages of Salento, just 5 km from the Ionian Sea.
The “Solarium” apartment is a wonderful holiday home suitable for groups of people, including families and children, where it is possible to accommodate up to 6 people.
It is absolutely independent, with a private entrance and outside space on the solarium floor where there is a large table and comfortable chairs for exclusive use for lunch and dinner also outdoors.
The holiday home is very bright, comprising entrance hall, large room, kitchenette, 3 bedrooms and a bathroom.
The interior is completed by 3 double beds, 1 bathroom with shower.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning (which can be used for a small surcharge), hairdryer, TV and washing machine.
Always with a small surcharge you can have midweek cleaning and a breakfast voucher.
On the solarium floor there is a barbecue area and a comfortable table where you can dine, outdoor showers.
At 100 meters from home it is possible to reach the center of Racale, where there are restaurants and bars, ATMs and supermarkets.
Just 5 km from the house you can reach the center of Torre Suda, where you can find beaches on the sea with wi-fi (Solatio, Maya, etc.), bars and restaurants / pizzerias / braceries (TSB bar, Sasà pizzeria restaurant, Cheerful braceria, etc.), tobacconists, ATMs, bike and motorbike rental, children’s play area, tennis courts, event area for a rich season of concerts and festivals in Torre Suda.
