“Mare” is a graceful and elegant apartment / holiday home in its simplicity, where to stay during your holidays in Salento, by the sea. It is located inside the wonderful Villa “Maris Stella” located south of Gallipoli, in Torre Suda, one of the most beautiful stretches of coast in Puglia, on the Ionian Sea.
The “Mare” apartment is a very nice holiday home suitable for groups of people, even families and children, where it is possible to accommodate up to 6 people.
It is adjacent to other small residences / holiday houses, but absolutely independent, with private entrance and veranda with sea view furnished with table and chairs for exclusive use, where it is possible to have lunch and dinner also outdoors.
From the outdoor veranda you can access the private solarium above the house, from which you can see the sea, the bay and the center of Torre Suda, while sunbathing during the day or during an aperitif with sunset over the sea.
The holiday home is very bright, composed of large entrance hall, large living room with open kitchen, dining room with pull-out bed, corner sofa where you can get a room with curtain composed of a comfortable double bed.
The interior is completed by 1 double bedroom with double bed and third bed, 1 storage room, 1 bathroom with shower.
The apartment is equipped with electric blinds, air conditioning (which can be used with a small surcharge), hairdryer, mosquito nets, TV and laundry area.
Always with a small surcharge you can have midweek cleaning and a voucher for breakfast.
Inside the large garden with trees, there is a private and shaded parking space, a large shared barbecue area with a sofa and a comfortable table where you can dine, outdoor showers and a comfortable driveway leading directly to the sea 70 meters from the holiday home.
From the driveway belonging to the holiday home you can also reach the center of Torre Suda, where you can find beaches on the sea with wi-fi (Solatio, Maya, etc.), bars and restaurants / pizzerias / bracerie (TSB bar, Sasà pizzeria restaurant, Allegria braceria, etc.), tobacconist, ATM, bike and motorbike rental, children’s play area, tennis courts, events area for a rich season of concerts and festivals in Torre Suda.
